Founded in 2001

KaleCoAuto was founded in 2001 by Kale Richards, a young man with a dream: To create a somewhat funny satire site combining classic car joke items like blinker fluid and brand new ideas like the engine oil bypass kit.

Since then, we’ve grown into the world’s leading fictional supplier of auto parts that range from plausible to ridiculous. Whether you’re a weekend warrior, a garage philosopher, or a maniac with a Sawzall and a dream, we have the parts you didn’t know you needed and the advice you probably (definitely) shouldn’t follow.

What’s in a Name?

Our full name is KaleCo Automotive Supply, but to spare your fingers (and your search bar), we go by KaleCoAuto just about everywhere. It’s easier to type, harder to forget, and slightly less likely to autocorrect to something involving kale smoothies. You can call us KaleCo, Kale Auto Parts, or even just KCA if you please.
